- Coloring Rule: Use liquid oil-based pigments or dry powder colorants only. Do NOT use water-based food coloring, as trapped moisture causes severe bubbling during heating.
- Mold Compatibility: We highly recommend using PETG for FDM 3D printing, as it offers excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance. The SoftGel Material is also compatible with SLA 3D-printed resin molds. Ensure all molds are fully post-cured and heat-resistant up to 180°C (356°F)Ensure all molds are fully post-cured and heat-resistant up to 180°C (356°F).
- Channel Thickness: Maintain a minimum channel wall thickness of 2 mm (3 mm recommended for complex or detailed parts) to ensure smooth material flow and easy demolding.
